And the cost of forklift or crane services is guaranteed to be as low as possible, contributing to maximum cost savings for our customers.

Loading and Unloading Service
We fully support 100% of loading and unloading costs at both Giap Bat, Hanoi and Song Than, Ho Chi Minh City terminals with two professional loading and unloading teams with many years of experience in the transportation industry. At the warehouses, if you do not have personnel to assist with loading and unloading, we will send personnel to assist and ensure the lowest possible additional costs.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Service
COD is a cash collection service that helps customers when they need assistance. Simply inform us in advance of your COD request and the amount to be collected. At the time of delivery, our team will automatically collect the money on your behalf. Within 1-2 days, we will refund the collected amount to you via bank transfer or cash. For some long-term partnerships, to avoid wasting time and hassle, we will consolidate collected payments and settle accounts once at the end of each month after reconciling the collection statements with the accounting departments of both parties.
